Our studio under the roof has six reformers, and we take no more guests than that for this week. Everyone has their own machine and the teacher sees every movement. Mornings are for mat work, late mornings for the reformer, evenings for mobility and recovery.
You should know the basic principles of pilates and bring a few hours of experience, on the reformer or on the mat. If you are unsure whether the week is right for you, write to us; we would rather answer that before you book than after. Thursday is the walking day and the afternoons are free.
Every session is optional. The programme is an invitation, not a timetable: if you would rather sleep, read or walk, do that, and owe no one an explanation.
